Médico especialista en Medicina de la Educación Física y del Deporte por la Universidad de Barcelona. Se formó y trabajó en el Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CAR) de Sant Cugat conociendo de cerca el deporte de élite.

En la actualidad forma parte de la Unidad de Medicina del Deporte del Hospital St Joan de Deu de Barcelona y es asesora colaboradora en Advance medical, empresa pionera en segundas opiniones médicas.

Autora de los libros “Cambia de vida. Ponte a correr” y “Correr sin lesionarse. ¿Es posible?” .
